Sign behind the register says returns with receipt returns for cash; no receipt = store credit. I went in there a couple weeks ago and bought 36 cans of cat food, i buy lots of different varieties and feed them to my older cat in rotation. i had 6 cans i wanted to return. In all honesty, i had 9 to return, but she said they don't carry 3 or them, so i must have purchased them somewhere else. Am i the only one whose significant other gives me a bunch of things to return not telling me where they all came from? The other 6 they do sell and i bought there, however since the other 3 were in question, she was an obstinate unhelpful person about it. The woman who works there said she had to "check their receipts" and "make sure" that i bought the cans there. I pointed out the sign on the wall right behind her, but she was unswayed and refused to honor their no receipt returns for credit policy. She then called the owner (supposedly) who affirmed her refusal to take my 6 cans back. The employee took my number and told me the owner would contact me to sort the situation out. never heard from them. Maybe you should take the sign down since you don't honor it anyways. Maybe you should do a lot of things... No problem folks, Positively Pets in vails gate will get all my business for my dog and two cats. Learn to treat customers like you aren't a bunch of assholes.
