The person before me, Anastasia is obviously reviewing the wrong establishment. The Laundry Shak in Florida, NY is the cleanest mat I've ever seen. The staff is friendly, the machines are efficient and they dont even have a coin return...so there's never an issue with getting your change.
The laundry shak is the cleanest laundromat for miles. While there's been some employee turn over while I've been going. They're always friendly and fairly accommodating attendants. New washing machines have recently been installed.
